Our President was President of Duluth and Iron Range Co. (DIRCO) who owned original patents for the electronic protocol that was adopted by AAR and became the standard for the industry. We sold our intellectual porperty to New York Air Brake, Unit of Knorr Brake, who are now pursuing it actively, worldwide.
